As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new sales opportunities, ensuring we meet and exceed our targets. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and designers to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions that align with their vision. Responsibility
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the Bali market, focusing on residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and designers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring JBW FloorCenter remains a leader in flooring solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our premium flooring products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that align with local market needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the flooring, construction, or interior design industries.
- Strong understanding of the Bali real estate and hospitality markets, with existing networks in the region being a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools to manage client relationships and track performance.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
