Responsibility
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to introduce and pitch WNS business services and solutions.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales acquisition targets.
- Represent WNS and its global clients with the highest standards of dignity, empathy, and professional integrity.
- Conduct thorough needs-analysis assessments to align client requirements with appropriate service offerings.
- Ensure 100% compliance with established company processes, regulatory standards, and script guidelines.
- Maintain and update comprehensive client records, pipeline activities, and interactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding and operations teams to facilitate smooth client transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (BPO or tech sector preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a highly persuasive conversational style.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of handling client objections and closing deals.
- High level of emotional intelligence, compassion, and active listening capabilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and standard MS Office applications.
- Ability to relocate to or currently residing in Bali, Indonesia.
