Responsibility
- Sell and cross-sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products to new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of financial products to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
