Responsibility
- Greet and welcome families, students, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist with enrolment processes, including registration, payments, and documentation.
- Manage front-desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and class bookings efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about programs, classes, and academy policies.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly, approachable, and patient attitude.
- Familiarity with gymnastics or sports academies is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a bonus.
