Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote robotic solutions, including AMR, Cobots, and Industrial Robots.
- Identify and engage potential clients in various industries to expand the company's market presence.
- Provide technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of robotic automation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the robotics, automation, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of robotic systems, including AMR, Cobots, and Industrial Robots.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
