Responsibility
- Conduct direct selling activities to retain existing customers and promote multi-purpose financial products.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of loan applications through meticulous review and verification.
- Perform customer surveys and data collection to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer retention, or a related field, preferably in financial services or consumer products.
