As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities, managing merchandising, and ensuring timely collections from local shops and large provision stores. Responsibility
- Conduct sales activities and achieve monthly targets in assigned territories.
- Manage merchandising and ensure product availability in local shops and large provision stores.
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales activations to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Handle collections and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
