Responsibility
- Actively promote and sell XL Satu Wifi packages to residential and commercial prospects across Bali.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including door-to-door visits and community engagement events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Educate potential customers on the features and benefits of XL Satu's converged fiber and mobile services.
- Assist customers through the entire registration and onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the sales team.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service installation for new subscribers.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail, or the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Deep knowledge of the Bali geography and local community demographics.
- Basic understanding of internet technology and home networking solutions.
- Professional appearance and a positive, resilient attitude towards sales challenges.
