Responsibility

  • Drive sales growth by actively engaging with customers and promoting Joseph Grain’s products in the Bali market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand our market reach.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitive analysis to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or consumer products, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
