Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to management to inform product development and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end consumer goods.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
- Passion for fashion, with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate store operating hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience with POS systems and CRM tools is beneficial.
