Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability and market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid SIM C (driver’s license) and ownership of a motorcycle or car for fieldwork.
- Deep understanding of product marketing, merchandising, and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory in Bali.
