Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate plumbing and hardware products to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to refine sales approaches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing, hardware, or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
