Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients in assigned territories across Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Conduct regular store visits to present products, negotiate deals, and secure orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry developments to deliver compelling sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and local business culture is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
