Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Present and sell financial products and services tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity and value.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service) to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product updates, and compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure long-term client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (1+ years) in finance, banking, or related fields—fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional local languages a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
