Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Blitar region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM software).
