Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for forklifts, spare parts, and batteries.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and consultations to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of products.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, automotive, or machinery.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region and occasionally to other parts of Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit clients on-site.
