Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
- Execute the Basic Call Procedure (BCP) to ensure consistent and professional client interactions.
- Manage product distribution logistics, including inventory tracking and order fulfillment, to meet demand.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales management tools, CRM software, or inventory systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
