Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail outlets and identify new business opportunities in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling company products.
- Execute the Basic Call Procedure to ensure consistent and professional client interactions.
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned outlets and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their understanding and sales performance.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, retail, or FMCG distribution, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and possess a valid motorcycle/driving license.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights for business growth.
