Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Bali region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new retail outlets, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
  • Execute the Basic Call Procedure to ensure consistent and professional engagement with clients, including pre-call planning, presentation, and post-call follow-ups.
  • Manage product distribution logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to assigned outlets while resolving any supply chain issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and service enhancement.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including performance metrics, market trends, and forecasts, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches to stay updated on company goals, new offerings, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or consumer products industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and existing network of contacts is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional local dialects are advantageous.
