Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key stakeholders in Bali.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Execute the Basic Call Procedure to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
