Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets through regular visits and inventory checks.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Implement promotional activities and sales campaigns to boost product demand.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
