Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and distributors in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.
- Implement promotional activities and sales campaigns to boost product demand.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local sales initiatives and brand promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
