Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key customers.
- Ensure timely and efficient distribution of products to assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business culture is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
