Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners to replenish stock in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan replenishment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and sales data.
- Identify opportunities to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory and delivery issues with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and replenishment activities.
- Support promotional activities and ensure adequate stock levels during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, inventory management, or replenishment roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and inventory reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the FMCG or beverage industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as needed.
