Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the sales and real estate team, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
- Assist in preparing and sending property listings, marketing materials, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and transaction processes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Manage CRM systems and update client databases with accurate and timely information.
- Handle inquiries from potential buyers and sellers, providing them with relevant information and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing virtual tours, open houses, and other property-related events.
- Prepare and process documents related to property sales, leases, and other transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Flexibility to work in the morning shift to align with the Australian client's time zone.
