Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth in Bali’s competitive market.
- Lead and mentor a team of promotion staff, ensuring high performance, motivation, and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail teams to design cohesive campaigns across digital, in-store, and trade channels.
- Monitor and analyze promotional performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and retailers to secure optimal promotional opportunities.
- Oversee budget planning and allocation for promotional activities, ensuring cost-effective and high-return investments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and company policies in all promotional materials and executions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales promotion, retail marketing, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful promotional campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
