Responsibility
- Drive in-store sales by actively promoting products to customers through demonstrations, sampling, and persuasive communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company for assigned retail locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and opportunities for upselling.
- Provide accurate and compelling product information to customers, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability and display standards are met.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activations as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or as an SPG/Promotion Girl in FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in engaging with diverse customer demographics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is an advantage.
