Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explanations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing product display area to enhance store aesthetics and accessibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed to ensure availability for customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (baby/child products experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about baby care essentials, toys, and accessories.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or childcare are advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., product boxes).
