Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Promote and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to drive customer interest and sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems or sales software.
