Responsibility
- Promote and sell WiFi and Internet service packages to businesses and residential customers in assigned regions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to potential clients.
- Identify and engage with prospects through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and participation in local events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with WiFi, internet technologies, and basic troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
