Responsibility
- Conduct in-store promotions to introduce Indodana’s PayLater products to potential customers.
- Engage with customers to explain product benefits, terms, and application processes clearly and professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for customer acquisitions and activations.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure smooth integration of Indodana services at point-of-sale.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and sales performance using provided tools.
- Stay updated on Indodana’s product features, promotions, and compliance requirements.
- Represent the brand with a positive, approachable demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail or fintech preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use tablets, mobile apps, or POS systems for transactions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in retail environments.
- Residents of Bali or willingness to relocate (preferred).
