Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s PayLater products to customers in retail stores, malls, and promotional events in Bali.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits, features, and application process of Indodana’s financial solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and converting leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback for reporting and analysis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to deliver compelling pitches.
- Represent Indodana’s brand values through a positive, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferably in retail or fintech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive conversions and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with PayLater products, digital payments, or financial services is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- Resident of Bali or willing to relocate (preferred).
