Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s Buy Now, Pay Later products to retail partners and customers in Bali.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations and explain the benefits of Indodana’s services to potential users.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff, store managers, and customers.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital content) to increase brand visibility.
- Assist customers with the Indodana app registration and transaction processes.
- Report daily activities, sales performance, and challenges to the regional sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum SMK/D3 degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferably in retail or fintech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, e-commerce, or BNPL services is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Own a smartphone with internet access for real-time reporting and app demonstrations.
- Residing in Bali or willing to relocate (preferred).
