Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s pay later products to customers in retail stores, malls, or promotional events in Bali.
- Educate potential users on the features, benefits, and application process of Indodana’s financial solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and converting leads.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Collect and submit customer applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive insights to improve product offerings.
- Uphold company standards for brand representation, including uniform and promotional material usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in retail or fintech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive conversions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or buy now, pay later services is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on promotional schedules.
- Residents of Bali or those willing to relocate are highly encouraged to apply.
