Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail outlets, malls, or promotional events to introduce and explain Indodana’s pay later products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting Indodana’s services to potential users.
- Provide accurate and compelling product demonstrations, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure smooth integration of Indodana’s payment solutions at point-of-sale.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indodana’s products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and customers to drive long-term engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in retail or fintech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or buy now, pay later services is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on promotional schedules.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali with valid work authorization in Indonesia.
