Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s paylater products to customers in retail stores, events, or partner locations in Bali.
- Provide clear, accurate, and engaging explanations of product features, benefits, and application processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively engaging potential customers.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for product and service improvements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines while representing Indodana.
- Assist customers with onboarding, including document verification and application submissions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Track and report sales performance metrics using provided tools or systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferably in retail or fintech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer demographics.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or paylater services is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
