Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail stores, malls, or promotional events to introduce Indodana’s paylater products.
- Demonstrate the features, benefits, and application process of Indodana’s services clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for customer acquisitions and activations.
- Collect and submit customer feedback to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using provided tools.
- Stay updated on Indodana’s product updates, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Uphold professionalism and brand representation in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles (preferably in retail or fintech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or paylater services is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate (preferred).
