Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s pay later products to customers in retail stores, malls, or designated promotional areas in Bali.
- Educate potential users on the features, benefits, and application process of Indodana’s financial solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting customer inquiries into successful sign-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with retail partners to organize in-store promotions, demos, or special events to boost visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance using provided tools or apps.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry trends to deliver compelling pitches.
- Adhere to company guidelines, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles (preferably in retail or fintech).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Passion for sales and a results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or buy now, pay later services is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
