As a Sales Promoter, you will work in high-traffic retail environments across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key locations. Your mission is to educate customers about Indodana’s flexible payment options, assist with applications, and ensure a seamless experience. Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s paylater products to customers in retail stores and high-traffic areas.
- Provide clear and accurate information about product features, benefits, and application processes.
- Assist customers with onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fintech or financial products is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate to the specified locations.
