Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse clientele in our Bali retail location
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and specifications to customers
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or luxury goods
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bali work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia
