Join Staffinc Group as a Field Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network across Bali’s most dynamic business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this high-impact role, you’ll drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants to our platform. Your mission is to build lasting partnerships with local businesses, from boutique retailers to high-traffic consumer outlets, while delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibility
- Conduct field canvassing to identify and engage potential merchant partners in assigned territories.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products/services to business owners and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals to onboard new merchants, ensuring alignment with company targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized strategies for merchant acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, canvassing, or merchant acquisition (retail/FMCG sector preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions (own transportation preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
