Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s paylater products to potential customers in retail and public spaces.
- Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and application processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with onboarding and account setup.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with fintech or financial products is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Resident of Bali or willing to relocate.
