Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail outlets to promote Indodana’s paylater products.
- Provide clear and accurate information about product features, benefits, and terms.
- Assist customers in completing applications and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product visibility and promotional activities.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service.
Qualifications
