Responsibility
- Engage with customers in the retail store to promote Supplies Station Inc products effectively.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers to drive conversions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display area.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales performance and report results to the sales manager.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and product promotion techniques.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting tools is an advantage.
