Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo payment solutions to customers in retail environments across Bali
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of Kredivo's flexible payment options
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients
- Work collaboratively with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to management
- Represent Kredivo and Staffinc Group professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- At least 3 months of experience in sales, promotion, or customer service roles
- Previous experience as a promoter, SPG, or in electronic sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments and stand for extended periods
- Ownership of an Android smartphone (minimum requirements)
- Maximum age of 35 years
- Available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required
