Responsibility
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to ensure data accuracy and scalability
- Analyze email marketing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement automated email workflows and nurture sequences
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to integrate CRM with other marketing tools and platforms
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) in all email marketing activities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior trends
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM optimization
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in email marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) is an advantage
