Responsibility
- Conduct digital activations for new customers using company-provided tools and platforms.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and support for activation-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of activations, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Represent the brand professionally in various locations across Bali, including retail outlets and public events.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and digital tools to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with digital tools, mobile applications, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
