Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail stores to demonstrate and explain Anker’s product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct in-store promotions, product launches, and special events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately and provide tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with retail staff to ensure optimal product placement, stock availability, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Track and document daily sales activities, customer interactions, and promotional outcomes.
- Uphold Anker’s brand image by delivering professional, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles, preferably in consumer electronics or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Anker’s product line or a willingness to undergo product training.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak promotional periods.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
