Responsibility
- Activate customer accounts using digital tools and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Promote company products and services to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of activations, sales, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to effectively communicate benefits.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and digital tool proficiency.
- Represent the brand professionally in high-traffic retail locations across Bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with digital tools and basic technology for account activation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
