Responsibility
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote products and drive sales.
- Provide accurate and compelling information about products, features, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area to attract customers.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and participating in in-store events or campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team success.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
